The artistic team ANDAMIO CONTIGUO, the University Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) and the Dirección de Cultura of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, call to artists to take part in the I INTERNATIONAL EXHIBIT OF DIGITAL ART ORILLA#04, to be developed in the II Encuentro de Orillas, and with the objective to install an open space for productions that use the new technologies in the contemporary creation, in agreement the following terms:

#01. CATEGORIES

Works will be able to appear in the following categories:

a) GRAPHICAL

Printed in A4, with images of a size of 23 cm. x 18 cm.

b) MULTIMEDIA

In support CD-ROM, for PC. It can be interactive works.

c) NET-ART

Works specifically designed for the net, at the moment on line.

# 02. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The call is open to artists of any nationality.
• The number of works to present is limitless.
• The authors are responsible for the rights on their works.
• The presented works will not be given back.
• The presentation to the call supposes the acceptance of these terms.

 # 03. SUBMISSION

• Deadline for submissions is 15^th October 2004, considering apt submissions postmarket in this date and that arrive before 1^st November 2004.
• The works will have to be sent to I INTERNATIONAL EXHIBIT OF DIGITAL ART ORILLA#04 – FORO CULTURAL UNIVERSITARIO, 9 de Julio 2154, CP S3000FMV, Santa Fe, Argentina. Each work must come accompanied from a text with the following information: #title of the work #author #technical requirements #short  biography #address #e-mail
• Works of category NET-ART will be sent by electronic mail to the following direction: andamiocontiguo@yahoo.com.ar, having to add the URL of the work to the text.
• In all the cases will be accompany a static digital image of the work, a file JPG nonsuperior to 1 Mb in the category NET-ART. The participants of the GRAPHICAL category can accompany the work with a diskette or CD, or send the image by electronic mail (in a file JPG nonsuperior to 1 Mb) and accompanied by the text of credits, that will be repeated in the postal shipment of the printed work. In the category MULTIMEDIA simply a file JPG will be added to the CD-ROM.

# 04. SELECTION

• The selected works will be exposed by the term of a month, as of day 4 of November of 2004, in the Foro Cultural Universitario, 9 of Julio 2154 of the city of Santa Fe, Argentina.
• The works that integrate the exhibit finally will become part of the patrimony of the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral for future exhibitions.

# 05. JURY

• The participant works will be selected by a jury integrated by a member of ANDAMIO CONTIGUO, a representative of the MAC and a digital artist of trajectory.
