Photography show at the magnificent Palazzo della Corgna, Castiglione del Lago (at Trasimeno Lake) Perugia, Italy.

Stephanie Seymour, after showing her photographs of the people of Dalian, China during Humourfest at Foligno's Palazzo Trinci, now displays them in the magnificent Palazzo della Corgna from June 20 until July 4, 2009.

The opening will be on June 20 at 4pm and the show will be open all week long.

This is a perfect occasion to get to know the people of Dalian from close up - their customs, their fine sense of hospitality. The photos were taken from a meter's distance, giving a very personal view of the people.

Stephanie hopes to make people more sensitive about finding the similarities we all possess, although the many differences between our countries are so very many. The moment of taking the photograph, after stopping people during their work in construction sites, in restaurants, on the street, was a moment of delight for the artist. As she says, she spent 6 weeks in China and received more smiles than she has ever received anywhere in the world.
