After installing the mod, torches will automatically be placed in the world if the block you are standing on has a light level of seven or less. To do this, simply place the torches in your left hand.
Using
To use it, place the lanterns. It will then start to automatically put lanterns when the LightLevel level of the block you are standing on is less than 4. It’s that easy!
Changing the LightLevel
You can change the light level at which the mod starts to set the lanterns with the mod settings in the Mod menu. Or edit .minecraft/config/autotorch.json and change the light level to your desired level.
NOTE: This is a client mod only. It does nothing on the server.
