- Completely rewrote the Spawning Code and updated the Config Options.
- Now you can set Spawning by Dimension and adjust the Spawn Rates. This was done to make adjusting spawning MUCH easier.
- I've also adjusted the default spawn weight of the Piggy Bank to be slightly more common.
- Added the Option to DISABLE items other than Emeralds and Diamonds from dropping from the Piggy Bank.
- From this point on, Piggy Bank will no longer be Released for versions prior to 1.16.4 unless the demand is overwhelming!
