Rarely has a Texture Pack carried its name as well as Epic Adventures. It may only be a pack, it may only be a texture modifier, but it transports the player to another world, full of epic adventures.

This feeling is primarily due to the creatures you encounter. No more pixelated mobs: Epic Adventures provides hostile mobs with truer-than-life 3D models. The spider, in particular, is camped on eight hairy, jointed legs, while the creeper has big legs and a skeletal trunk. Fighting these mobs gives Minecraft a much more immersive style, adding depth to your skirmishes in the true RPG tradition.

The adventure ahead is epic, but the landscapes the pack draws in provide a particularly suitable setting for it, too. With 32x resolution, it details natural blocks without falling into HD realism. These blocks, which remain finely chiseled, give the landscape an RPG style, just like video games of this type.

For a more complete immersion experience, Epic Adventures offers native connected textures, which do not require Optifine, although it is still recommended to install this mod to enjoy all the features of the pack.

How do I install a Texture Pack on Minecraft?

Start by downloading the texture pack and then find your .minecraft folder:

Windows: Go to the Start menu, then go to Run. Otherwise, do Windows Key + R. Then type %appdata% in the search bar, then go to the .minecraft folder.
Linux: Press ALT + F2 at the same time. You should normally have your .minecraft.
If you don’t see it, activate the hidden folders with the combination CTRL + H.
Mac: Your Minecraft folder can be found in User > Library > Application Support. If you can’t find Application Support, go to Finder > Menu Bar: Go + Hold ALT > Library.

Drag the resource pack archive to the resourcepacks folder, which is located in your .minecraft folder.
Once the game is open, go to Options > Resource Packs and activate it by toggling it to the right queue.
Launch the game, and have fun!
