It is a mod that adds boxes for different metals in Minecraft vanilla with a lot of different sizes. It is also one of the biggest and most popular mods ever created for cubic play. In essence, it allows you to make an iron chest with 54 slots all the way up to a glass chest with 108 slot machines and some obsidian chests. And there’s a chest enhancer, too.
How to install Iron Chests Mod
- Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
- Locate the minecraft application folder.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type
%appdata%and click Run. - On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type
- Place the mod you have just downloaded (
.jarfile) into the Mods folder. - When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
