Clean cards and books for reuse by wiping Redstone Dust. Historically, the palimpsest is “the page of a manuscript, either from the scroll or from the book from which the text was cleaned or washed away so that the page can be reused for another document.
This mod contains shapeless recipes that, when one of the following items is rubbed (aka processed) with Redstone Dust, produce an empty version of the item (which consumes Redstone Dust in the process):

How to install Palimpsest
- Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
- Locate the minecraft application folder.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type
%appdata%and click Run. - On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type
- Place the mod you have just downloaded (
.jarfile) into the Mods folder. - When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
