Rats 1.15.2/1.14.4/1.12.2 is a mod that adds a new animal to Minecraft, rats, but not only that, it actually adds a lot more. That is, related to rats and pests. These rats will be naturally generated like the rest of the hostile creatures in the game, at night. Although these rats won’t attack us, they can be annoying because they can break through doors, puncture wooden walls and steal food and seeds from our chests, destroy our crops, and so on.
To defend ourselves from a plague of rats we can make use of rat traps. Another more natural way of defending ourselves from rat infestations is to have stone houses and ocelots in the house. If we want to attract rats, we can see milk in a cauldron to make cheese, which will attract them easily. We can also eat cheese if we want to. Another thing cheese will allow us is to tame wild rats.
We can give a domesticated rat certain commands, such as making it follow us, keeping it quiet, placing things in its inventory, ordering it to go steal crops, pick up objects from the ground, and go hunting for small or weak creatures. In addition to various types of rats, the mod will also generate new creatures and structures related to rats and the plague.

- Download Minecraft Forge
- Download Citadel 1.15.2/Citadel 1.14.4
- Download Rats Mod
- Double click on the downloaded Forge file to run the installer.
- Paste the downloaded file from “Citadel” into the
.minecraft/modsfolder - Paste the downloaded mod file into the .minecraft/mods folder
- It’s time to live with the rats!
