Tool Upgrades Mod Minecraft 1.12.2/1.14.4

New spells and abilities, now called modifiers.

Tool Upgrades 1.14.4/1.12.2 is a mod that will allow us to use a lot of new spells, identical to the predefined ones but more powerful, and skills for our weapons and tools. These new spells are called “modifiers”.

These modifiers, which are quite expensive to manufacture, can be applied to weapons and tools in two ways. By attaching the artifact to a weapon or tool on the mapping table, as shown in the image below. Or, by attaching an artifact to a book, to apply the enchanted book to the weapon or tool through the use of an anvil.
