Fixed a bug, where the Fortune on the aoe of the Super Pickaxe wouldn't function right, as you could duplicate blocks.
Added 6 config variables, for the Armor Potion Effects. You can disable them completly, only the quartz or obsidian armor and only level 1 or 2 of the obsidian armor.
You can also disable that the Super Tools drop blocks when you are in creative mode.
