Mappy 1.15.2 adds a mini-map that will show us information related to the environment where our character is located. It is worth noting that this mini-map cannot be enlarged, as the intention is to make it as unobtrusive, and annoying, as possible.
The mini-map will provide us with information about the terrain’s orography, with radar from nearby players, showing our character’s position. On the map, we will also be able to see nearby entities and the name of the biome we are in. In addition, we can mark points of interest on the map and see the exact point where our character has died.
How to install Mappy Mod
- Download Minecraft Forge
- Download Mappy Mod
- Double click on the downloaded Forge file to run the installer.
- Paste the downloaded mod file into the
.minecraft/modsfolder - It’s time to get a little map on the game screen!
