Craftable Deeds Minecraft 1.16.5

Craftable Deeds1.16.5 is a mod that will allow us to claim areas of land, as if we were in a public or private server. In this case, the mod will allow us to claim half of a chunk, that is, areas of eight by eight blocks of land.

The process to claim a chunk of land consists of placing a Nether star in the central slot of a crafting table, surrounded by eight paper units. This combination will give us an “Empty Deed”. With this object we will be able to claim an area of land, although we will also have to craft a pedestal and place the Empty Deed so that this area of land is protected.

In the protected areas, other players will not be able to place or remove blocks. They will also not be able to open any block or object that has its own inventory. However, if a player manages to find your pedestal, he will be able to deactivate it. This will produce an explosion, the star will fall from the Nether and the property can be reclaimed by another player after a certain amount of time.
